Notice for Change in Constitutive Documents Of Al Ameen Islamic Mahana Munafa Plan (AIMMP)

UBL Fund Managers Ltd. has amended the Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Mahana Munafa Plan (AIMMP) through 7th Supplemental Offering Document with an objective mentioned below; The objective of 7th Supplementary offering document is to change the underlying Fund of AIMMP from Al Ameen Islamic Sovereign Fund (AISF) to Al Ameen Islamic Cash Fund (AICF).

These changes will be effective from July 31, 2025 & the amended constitutive documents are available on the company’s website beta.alameenfunds.com/
