UBL Fund Managers Ltd. has amended the Offering Document of below mentioned Funds according to the Circular 9 of 2023 with respect to the consent of Trustee dated February 15, 2024.

 16th SOD of Al Ameen Islamic Asset Allocation Fund (AIAAF)
 1st SOD of Al Ameen Islamic Income Fund (AIIF)
 20th SOD of Al Ameen Islamic Cash Fund (AICF)

The above changes will be effective from February 28, 2024 & the amended constitutive documents are
