Notice for Change in Constitutive Documents

The Unit Holders of the following Funds are hereby notified that the Management Fee of Money Market, Income and Capital Protected Schemes has been revised after obtaining approval of Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) dated May 26, 2023.

a) 17th Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Cash Fund
b) 13th Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Sovereign Fund
c) 15th Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Aggressive Income Fund

These changes will be effective from June 29, 2023. The relevant supplementary Offering Document reflecting above change is available on the company website beta.alameenfunds.com/.
