NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF FRESH ISSUANCE OF UNITS OF AL AMEEN ISLAMIC AGGRESSIVE INCOME FUND (AIAIF)

UBL Fund Managers Limited, the Management Company of Al Ameen Islamic Aggressive Income Fund (AIAIF), in best interest of the existing unit holders, has decided to suspend the fresh issuance of units of AIAIF with effect from Monday October 3, 2022 till further notice under clause 13.5.1 of the Trust Deed and clause 4.11.2 and 4.10.2 of the Offering Document of the respective Funds.

We would also like to clarify that, the Management Company shall continue to honor redemptions and conversions from AIAIF, should any existing investor seek to do so.
