NOTICE OF ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM DISTRIBUTION

The Board of Directors of UBL Fund Managers Limited has authorized Chief Executive Officer to consider and approve interim distribution out of profits earned by the following funds/plans. In this regard, as per the announcement dates mentioned in the table below, the CEO will consider and approve, if deemed fit, interim distribution for the said funds/plans:

Unit Holders whose names appear in the Registers of the respective funds/plans as unit holders at the close of business will be entitled for declared payouts, if any. All duly completed applications for sale, redemption, change of address and other particulars, conversion, transfer and pledge of units received, within the respective cut-off time, one day before the respective interim announcement dates as above at our registered address will be considered for the purpose of interim payout.
