Notice for Change in Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Fixed Return Fund (AIFRF), UBL Fixed Return Fund (UFRF), UBL Fixed Return Fund-II (UFRF-II) & UBL Fixed Return Fund-III (UFRF-III)

UBL Fund Managers Limited are hereby notified that there has been amendment in the Constitutive Documents of UBL Fixed Return Fund with respect to the consent of Trustee dated May 15, 2023 through 16th Supplement to the Offering Document of UFRF.
Moreover, amendments have been made to the Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Fixed Return Fund (AIFRF), UBL Fixed Return Fund – II (UFRF-II) and UBL Fixed Return Fund – III (UFRF-III)’ with respect to the consent of Trustee dated May 18, 2023 through Consolidated Supplement to the Offering Document of AIFRF, UFRF-II & UFRF-III.

The above changes will be effective from May 31, 2023.
