Notice for Change in Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Aggressive Income Fund (AIAIF)

Unit Holders of Al-Ameen Islamic Aggressive Income Fund (AIAIF) are hereby notified that the “Management Fee” of the AIAIF has been amended i.e up to 1.5% of Average Annual Net Assets subject to minimum fee of 0.25% of average annual net assets as mentioned in the 13th Supplementary Offering Document of the AIAIF with the consent of Trustee.

Above change will be effective from Friday, September 10, 2021
