Notice for Change in Offering Document of AISF & AIAIF

UBL Fund Managers Ltd. has amended the Offering Document of ‘Al Ameen Islamic Sovereign Fund (AISF)’ and ‘Al Ameen Islamic Aggressive Income Fund (AIAIF)’ after getting an approval received from Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) dated 21 st December, 2020 through 9th Supplement to the Offering Document of AISF and 10th Supplement to the Offering Document of AIAIF.

The above changes are effective from 21st December, 2020.

The relevant supplementary Offering Document reflecting changes is available on the company
