Notice for Change in Constitutive Documents
UBL Fund Managers Ltd has amended the Offering Document of the following funds with the consent of Trustee dated November 3, 2023:
a) 9th Supplemental Offering Document of UBL Asset Allocation Fund (UAAF)
b) 15th Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Asset Allocation Fund (AIAAF)
c) 18th Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Cash Fund (AICF)
The above changes will be effective from November 12, 2023.
