Managers Limited are hereby notified that there has been amendment in the Constitutive Documents with
respect to revised Trustee Fee with the supplemental Offering Documents of following Fund subsequent
to the consent of the Trustee.

b. 19th SOD of UBL Liquidity Plus Fund
c. 15th SOD of UBL Money Market Fund
d. 7th SOD of UBL Cash Fund
e. 18th SOD of UBL Special Savings Fund
f. 8th SOD of UBL Special Savings Fund II
g. 7th SOD of Al Ameen Islamic Special Savings Fund
h. 14th SOD of Al Ameen Islamic Cash Fund
i. 11th SOD of Al Ameen Islamic Sovereign Fund
j. 3rd SOD of UBL Pakistan Exchange Traded Fund
The effective date of revised Trustee Fee is October 1, 2021. Amended constitutive documents of
