Fund Managers Limited are hereby notified that there has been amendment in the
Constitutive Documents subsequent to the consent of the Trustee dated October 22, 2020.

a) Sixteenth Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Financial Planning Fund – II
b) Eighth Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Financial Planning Fund – III

The effective date of above amendments is October 22, 2020 and the amended constitutive
